Cell counting

DRAM, SRAM, TFT and other cell arrays are periodically repetitive. Cell counting in this context, is the process by which the semiconductor failure analyst counts or tracks cells in order to locate the position of a failed cell that has been identified through electrical testing. Conventional cell counting techniques generally require the tedious task of manually counting the cells, yet the nCount Shuttle provides a quick and easy solution to the problem, as shown in the video below.
