In combination with high resolution SEM & FIB imaging, the M4PP is a powerful tool for analyzing the local electrical properties of materials and devices. Ultra-low contact force probes ensure non-destructive measurements.

The plug-in tool can be quickly and easily fitted to your existing MM3A-EM micromanipulator.
