Firmware

Parallel to our technical innovation we are continuously improving our firmware. New versions are freely available for download. We recommend that you regularly check for updates and make use of the latest available version. For a description of new features or for help updating your system please speak to your local agent or contact us directly at support(at)nanotechnik.com.

• Note: Firmware versions 4.02 and up are not downward compatible. Check your current version number by scrolling to the last page of the NanoControl menu. If it is below 4.02, you will not be able to automatically restore your settings after the update. Please write down your settings and reconfigure the NanoControl manually.
• Download and run the setup file using the link above.
• Connect the NanoControl to your PC using a null-modem (RS232) cable.
• Start the NanoControl Update Tool from your Windows start menu.
• Click the folder button and select the firmware file (ends in .h20).
• Click the start button to begin the update.
